Potato-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, cooked
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Dice cooked potatoes and eggs.
    Melt margarine and mix 1 stick with sour cream.
    Add to potatoes and eggs and mix.
    Mix bread crumbs with remaining margarine.
    Sprinkle over potatoes and eggs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
