Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
    3 scallions, chopped
    2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
    black olives (as many as you want, Calamata Greek olives are best)
    juice of 1 or 2 limes
    1 small head leaf lettuce, torn bite size
    fresh ground black pepper to taste
    2/3 c. seasoned croutons, sprinkled on top
Preparation
    In bottom of large wooden bowl, let garlic and olive oil stand 30 minutes.
    Add all ingredients except croutons.
    Toss, just before serving.
    Add croutons.
    Eat, then use breath mints.
