Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cans water
salt and pepper to taste
1 whole chicken, skinned or 6 chicken breasts, skinned
garlic butter
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together in a large buttered dish.
Place chicken pieces on top, after they have been dipped in garlic butter.
Bake for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
