Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    14 oz. pkg. caramels
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake as directed on box; add 1/3 cup evaporated milk and margarine.
    Put half of batter in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt caramels in 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Pour over warm cake; add chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour remaining batter over top and bake 15 or 20 minutes or until done.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
