Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Medium potatoes, sliced
    1 Medium onion, sliced
    1/4 c. Butter
    1 c. Milk
    Salt & pepper to taste
    4-6 Pork chops
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onion in a baking dish. Add the butter, milk, salt and pepper. Place the pork chops on the top, add salt and pepper and bake at 350\u00b0f. 180\u00b0c. or gas mark 4 for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
