Rollemups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/3 level tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder. Add the butter and mix to a soft dough with the egg and milk. Roll half an inch thick on a floured board; sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon and roll into a long roll. Press the edges together closely and cut into 3/4-inch slices with a sharp knife. Lay cut side down on a greased pan. Bake about 20 minutes in a quick oven (400\u00b0). Cool.
