Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
    1 c. beef consomme
    1 c. mushroom pieces and stems
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    garlic salt
    2 c. red dry wine
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Flour and brown meat.
    Put in kettle and add rest of ingredients except the sour cream.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Cool slightly and add sour cream.
    Can be thickened with cornstarch if necessary.
