Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, broken into small pieces
    1/2 c. reduced fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 slices pumpernickel bread, broken into crumbs
Preparation
    Place sauerkraut in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with corned beef, then shredded cheese.
    Combine mayonnaise and Thousand Island dressing; spread over cheese.
    Top with tomatoes; set aside.
