Spicy Saimin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Ramen noodle soup
    2 stalks won bok (Chinese cabbage), cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 stalk green onions, chopped
    1 slice Spam or luncheon meat, sliced into strips
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. Kochujang (Korean chili pepper miso)
Preparation
    Boil 2 cups of water.
    Add noodles and broth seasoning until noodles are al dente.
    Add in Chinese cabbage, meat and hard part of green onions.
    Cook until vegetables are tender.
    Remove the noodles to a bowl to avoid overcooking them.
    Add the egg to the boiling broth and cook.
    Pour the egg and broth mix over the noodles.
    Stir in the kochujar right before eating.
