Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 carrot
1 pepper
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage and boil 1 minute in salt water.
Let stand until lukewarm.
Add sugar and seeds.
Squeeze cabbage.
Add carrot and pepper.
Add vinegar.
Freeze until ready to serve.
