Grandma Ensinger'S Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fresh diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 whole beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix rhubarb, sugar and flour.
Then add eggs, milk and butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until firm.
