Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 large potatoes, cleaned and sliced
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in bag. Moisten potatoes with water; add a few at a time to bag.
    Shake, coating thoroughly.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan; place potatoes in casserole as taken from bag.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once.
