Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    confectioners sugar
    2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
    3 Tbsp. Minute Maid lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Press mixture onto bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Blend eggs, Minute Maid lemon juice and remaining flour and sugar.
    Pour over pastry crust.
    Bake 15 minutes more or until set. Cool slightly.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cool completely. Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars.
    Makes 32 bars.
