Grilled Chicken Breast(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small, boneless chicken breast halves, skinned and slightly flattened
    1 large garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    pinch of dried thyme
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put breasts in glass baking dish in one layer.
    Beat all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Turn once during that time. Preheat broiler.
    Remove breasts from the marinade and broil 4 minutes on each side.
    Serves 4.
