Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh sliced strawberries
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pie shell, baked and cooled
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
whipped cream
Preparation

Pour strawberries into pie shell.
Combine in a saucepan water, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook until thick.
Remove from fire and add jello; stir until dissolved.
Pour over strawberries while still hot.
Chill.
Top with whipped cream.
