Blueberry Oat Coffeecake - cooking recipe

1 c. blueberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, softened
1 egg
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/3 c. oatmeal
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cardamon
1/2 c. yogurt
Preparation

Grease
and
flour
a
9-inch
cake pan.
Combine blueberries and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Cream margarine with sugar. Beat egg well.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda, nutmeg and cardamon; stir into creamed mixture, alternately with yogurt. Spoon carefully over blueberries and sugar in cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes when done. Serve warm.
