Italian Oven Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can garbanzo beans with juice
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped with juice
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. minced basil leaves
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded Romano cheese
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the last 3 ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring at 30 minutes.
    Add last 3 ingredients.
    Cook for 10 more minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
    May be frozen.
