"Cholesterol-Free" Shrimp Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1 c. catsup
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. minced onion
4 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
6 drops Worcestershire
Preparation

Steam or microwave cauliflower (pulled apart somewhat) until shrimp consistency (steaming about 5 minutes).
Rinse immediately in cold water.
Break cauliflower into bite size when cool. Arrange on serving platter.
Combine remaining ingredients as low calorie cocktail sauce, taste it and you will think you are eating shrimp.
