Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    14 oz. caramels
    1/2 c. pecans
    16 oz. bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix cake mix as directed.
    Put 1/2 of batter in prepared 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    While cake is in oven, melt caramels.
    Add evaporated milk and melted margarine. Pour over baked cake.
    Spread pecans and chocolate chips over the caramel.
    Pour remaining batter over the top of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
