Rotel Style Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 large onions, chopped
    3/4 c. cider vinegar
    8 to 12 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large bell peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Cook slowly until thick. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal. Use in recipes calling for Ro-Tel tomatoes or serve as a dip with chips or tacos.
