One Hour Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add salt, oil and sugar, then pour over yeast. Add flour and mix well.
    Knead a few times and roll out on a floured surface.
    Cut out rolls and brush tops with butter.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
