Baked Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. corn
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Line deep dish with pastry.
    Add corn to fill dish; season with salt and pepper.
    Add enough milk to moisten.
    Cover with top crust.
    Put hole in center.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then at 350\u00b0 until done, about 20 minutes.
