Spinach Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook spinach; add cottage cheese, salt and nutmeg.
    Beat egg whites stiff; fold through mixture and pour into greased baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
