Apple Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 apples (finely chopped)
    lemon juice
    3 large ripe bananas (mashed)
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    3 c. all purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. brandy flavoring
Preparation
    Sprinkle the apples with a little lemon juice.
    Add mashed bananas and mix well.
    Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in apples and bananas.
    Sift dry ingredients, add flavoring.
    Add to apple/banana mixture.
    Spoon onto 2 greased and floured loaf pans to bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
