French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 lb. onions, thinly sliced
    4 c. canned beef broth
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 slices French bread, dried until crisp in 250~ oven for 30 minutes
    Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation
    Heat butter in large heavy saucepan.
    Add onions and cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes.
    Stir in broth and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Place bowls on cookie sheet; put chunks of bread in each bowl and pour in soup.
    Top with cheese slices.
    Place under broiler about 4 minutes or until cheese lightly browns.
