Turkey Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    1/4 c. sodium reduced soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 medium green, red or yellow peppers, cut into strips
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 oz. skinned, boned turkey breast, cut into thin strips
Preparation
    Wrap tortillas in foil.
    Warm in 300\u00b0 oven.
    (May also heat in microwave on High for 15 to 20 seconds.)
    Combine soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and crushed pepper.
    Spray skillet with nonstick spray coating.
    Stir-fry onion, sweet peppers and garlic over medium heat, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Remove from skillet.
    Add oil to skillet.
    Stir-fry turkey over medium-high heat, 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Add soy sauce mixture.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    Add sweet pepper mixture.
    Heat through.
    Spoon onto tortillas.
    Roll up.
    Serves 4.
