Ginger Boyda'S Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    1 c. white or brown rice
    1 lb. sausage (pork)
    1 large onion, minced
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    parsley
Preparation
    Wash wild rice in cold water.
    Simmer, covered in 2 cups water for 50 minutes until soft.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Brown onion in sausage drippings.
    Add mushrooms and saute briefly.
    Combine in greased casserole.
    Heat broth.
    Combine flour and milk and stir into casserole.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
