Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 large potatoes, cubed
    celery and green pepper (may be added)
    1/2 pkg. onion soup mix or 1/2 c. diced onion
    4 large carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place all ingredients in a roaster with a tight lid.
    Bake for 3 hours.
    Do not peek during baking!
