Ham Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 9-inch pie
4 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. ground, cooked ham or cut into small cubes
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation

Bake pastry and let cool.
Combine eggs, milk, pepper and baking powder.
Beat well.
Stir in ham and cheese.
Add green pepper and onion, if desired.
Spoon into shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm in center.
