Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix or white
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 small boxes strawberry jello
2 pkg. strawberries or fresh strawberries
1 container Cool Whip
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on box and bake in 2 round pans. Cool cake. Prepare jello with 2 cups boiling water, stirring until dissolved, then add strawberries. Prepare pudding as directed on package. Have Cool Whip thawed. Place 1 layer of cake in punch bowl. Pour 1/2 of pudding over this layer (pudding will run over sides). Over pudding, pour 1/2 of jello mixture. Cover this with 1/2 of Cool Whip. Place second layer of cake on Cool Whip and repeat steps.
