Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce (hand torn)
1/2 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
3 eggs, beaten
grated Parmesan cheese
hand grind salt and pepper
Preparation

Put in a large wood salad bowl.
Sprinkle bowl with cheese, salt and pepper, garlic and beaten eggs.
Blend together.
Layer lettuce in bowl with garlic and cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Pour over salad and toss.
Let stand 10 minutes, then toss prior to serving.
