Creamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 trout or 2 lb. salmon
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Preparation

Place fish in shallow baking pan.
Salt and pepper.
Cover the fish with cream.
Place in 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
Use sauce for gravy.
