Hot Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck tomatoes
    1/2 bushel green peppers
    7 medium onions
    hot peppers (as many as needed for taste)
    1 large can tomato paste or more if desired
Preparation
    In large pot, cover bottom with cooking oil.
    Add cut-up peppers and onions.
    Cook until soft.
    Drain off oil.
    Add skinned tomatoes.
    Let cook about a half hour.
    Add tomato paste.
    Cook until desired thickness.
    Fill hot pint or quart jars.
    Wipe rims; use hot lids.
    Check seals when cool.
