"3" Step Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18.25 oz.) box German chocolate cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
    4 regular size Heath bars
Preparation
    Bake cake as directed on box using a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    While cake is still warm, puncture top entirely with a fork.
    Spread Eagle Brand milk over the top.
    Cool and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
    Refrigerate.
