Miniature Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. can bean sprouts, drained and chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    1 small can mushrooms, chopped (save 1/2 mushrooms and liquid for gravy)
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix and shape into large patties (oval shaped).
    Quick fry and arrange in baking dish.
    Pour Franco-American beef gravy over plus mushrooms.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
