Marbled Cheesecake Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine vanilla crumbs, cocoa, sugar and margarine.
Press firmly in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat cheese until fluffy.
Add sweetened condensed milk.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour half batter evenly over prepared crust.
Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter.
Spoon over vanilla batter.
With table knife gently swirl through batter to marble.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Cool.
Chill in refrigerator a couple of hours.
Cut in bars.
