Ground Chicken Dumplings(Low Carb Replacement For Flour Dumplings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white chicken (or turkey), ground
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Romano cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, form into balls the size of large marbles and refrigerate for several hours. Cook in simmering broth or salted water for 10 minutes.
