Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 medium zucchini squash, grated
    1/2 c. walnut pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs, honey and oil together.
    Stir in salt, soda, baking powder, ginger and grated zucchini.
    (Zucchini should be about 1 1/2 cups, loosely packed.)
    Mix in flour and walnuts.
    Butter and flour a loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
