Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (7 oz.) canned or frozen coconut (best)
Preparation
    Mix all well and pour into two 9-inch pie plates.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown and firm.
