Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. diced red pepper
    1/2 c. scallions, chopped
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss together spaghetti, egg, butter, Parmesan and parsley flakes; set aside.
    In a large skillet, heat oil.
    Add beef, red pepper and scallions.
    Cook, stirring, until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except Mozzarella and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
    Simmer 5 to 6 minutes until sauce thickens.
    Remove from heat.
