Lentil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked lentils
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. canned milk
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 small onion
    1 egg
Preparation
    Place egg and onion in blender and whiz so onion gets ground up.
    Slightly mash lentils; mix everything together.
    Bake in oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce.
