Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, partially drained
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    jalapeno peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Mix everything together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Fits well in Pampered Chef deep dish baker.)
