Italian Pepper Salad(Serves 5 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 small jar small green pimiento stuffed olives
    1 tin rolled anchovies with capers
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white, wine or balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Char peppers by placing in broiler pan (about 6 inches away from flame).
    Keep turning peppers as they become blackened. Continue turning for about 1/2 hour, until flesh is tender. Remove from oven and place in a brown paper bag until cool. Charred skin should then peel away easily.
