Hearty Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped cooked roast
    2 c. chopped/diced cooked potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Combine meat, potatoes, salt, pepper, celery salt, parsley, paprika and milk in a large mixing bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Saute onions in melted butter; add to meat mixture. Spread meat mixture in skillet. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Do not stir. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve with green salad or vegetables. Serves 4 to 6.
