Jack Cheese And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) loaf French bread, unsliced and crust removed
    1.5 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    10 eggs
    2 c. milk
    5 tsp. dry mustard
    1.5 c. shredded Jack cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, drained
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Tear bread into chunks.
    Place evenly in a shallow 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Top with cheeses (Cheddar, Jack and cream).
    Top with green chilies.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and red pepper in a separate bowl.
    Pour over casserole.
    Chill for several hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    Serves 12.
