Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 eggs
1 small onion, diced
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 large bag broccoli, thawed and drained

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
