Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice
3 c. chopped raw apple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 300\u00b0. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sift together dry ingredients. Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
Fold in dry ingredients. Add chopped apples and nuts. Pour into pan and bake 40 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan. Frost with Caramel Frosting.
