Quick-As-A-Mix White Yeast Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm milk
3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
Add milk, butter, 2 1/4 cups flour, sugar and salt.
Stir with wooden spoon until smooth.
Add remaining 1 cup flour.
Stir vigorously 30 strokes or until the flour is incorporated.
Batter will be stiff and sticky. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled (10 to 15 minutes).
