Corned Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 small onion
    4 c. cabbage, chopped
    2 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled
Preparation
    Layer vegetables and corned beef in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Combine soup, milk and pepper; pour over vegetables and corned beef.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
