Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 to 3 lb. ground meat
    2 lb. macaroni
    1/2 onion
    1 stalk celery
    1 carrot, finely chopped
    garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground meat.
    Add finely chopped celery, onion and carrot.
    Drain grease.
    Add canned items.
    Cook 1/2 to 1 hour. Cook macaroni.
    Add to sauce.
    Ready to eat but if allowed to simmer on low for 1 hour, flavor is enhanced.
